• Parts Sales: Customers can view and purchase parts for Varian linacs. Some parts may be subject to payment terms as agreed upon by Southern Linac LLC.
• Equipment Repair: Southern Linac provides equipment repairs, maintenance, and periodic inspections for Varian linacs.
• Quotes: Customers may request quotes for parts or services through our Site.
• Reporting: We offer equipment inspection and repair reporting for customers, accessible through their accounts.
• Inspection Reports: Customers can access detailed reports on equipment performance and inspection findings.

3. Account Registration

To access most Services, including reporting and equipment inspection data, users must create an account using Auth0. Account holders must provide accurate information, including their full name and email address. Misuse of account credentials or unauthorized account access may result in termination of Services.

4. Payment and Billing

Service Calls: Customers will be billed after service calls unless they are under a service contract.

Contracts: For customers with service contracts, billing terms will be agreed upon in advance, covering parts, labor, and inspections. Contracts may include full-service options or labor-only options, as specified in the agreement.

Parts Payment: Customers may be placed on payment terms for parts sales, subject to agreement with Southern Linac LLC. Payment terms will vary depending on the part and customer agreement.

5. Warranty and Refund Policy

Warranty Period: Southern Linac LLC provides a one-year warranty on most parts, with some variations (e.g., the field light warranty is five years). Warranty details will be provided for each specific part.

Refunds and Replacements: Defective parts can be returned for a refund or replaced within the warranty period.

Warranty Void: The warranty may be void if parts are improperly installed or misused by the customer. Any damage caused by the misuse of equipment is subject to additional billing, even under contract.

6. Proprietary Information and Restrictions

Proprietary Information: Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing any proprietary information from Southern Linac LLC or third parties without proper authorization.

Site Usage: Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and these Terms. Misuse of the Site may result in the termination of your account and access to Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the Site or Services shall be governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
